Summary:
This diff changes the `org.yb.pgsql.TestPgAuthorization#testLongPasswords` to make it run with connection manager. This test had a dependency to be upon [[ https://phorge.dev.yugabyte.com/D33610 | D33610 ]] (OID Based Role Connectivity + DROP/RENAME ROLE Support in YSQL Connection Manager) which has been landed now.
