Summary:
Added `instance-type` command to all CSPs which will allow users to add unsupported instance types to their cloud providers

Added `yba provider [CSP] instance-type supported-storage` to fetch support storage type values in YBA that can be used in creating provider command

Added `yba tree` to display list of all commands supported in a tree format
