Summary:
In order to make attach detach script work for https platforms, this diff bypasses the hostname verification.
TODO: Make separate checks for when IP addresses or hostnames given, based on that check hostname verification.

Test Plan: Manual testing for ip addresses and hostnames of https platforms like https://portal.dev.yugabyte.com/, https://portal.yba-installer.dev.yugabyte.com/, etc.
