Summary: When we upgraded azure SDK for python https://phorge.dev.yugabyte.com/D25215 there were many breaking changes that involved method names, but the Azure record sets operations did not change names. We incorrectly changed the record sets operations to begin_ pattern and must revert it for Azure Private DNS to work.
