Summary:
1. Remove "Use SystemD" from Create workflow
2. However show it in EDIT workflow as its useful for users who have migrated from previous versions to view it
3. In EDIT mode this field will disabled even if users migrate and then can edit it only if ansible provisioning runtime config is set to true

I guess during migration we will ensure we do systemD on all nodes via node agent from 2025.1.
