Summary:
This diff simply enables pg audit log filtering by default when users create a universe
support bundle.
Users can uncheck the checkbox for excluding pg audit logs when creating their support bundle
if they wish to include those logs as well.

Test Plan:
Create a support bundle with and without pg audit log filtered.
Verify the logs and verify the checkbox for filtering is checked by default.
