Allows wider range of matching ldd (*) <version> so that it doesn't have to be GNU glibc. On ubuntu 22 systems for example it is ldd (Ubuntu GLIBC 2.35-0ubuntu3.10) 2.35 which would then fail the parsing and preflight check.
