• When selecting NotInterested, now you can choose among two reasons: I already watched the video or I don't like it
• YouTube Live Stream Latency Mitigator. This feature actively monitors playback delay on live streams and gently catches up to the true live edge whenever a lag or buffer occurs. (Note: Enabled by default; toggle options will be added if requested)

I mark a lot of videos 'not interested', now with 2 extra clicks. There's already a Mark as Watched, can there be an option to just assume Not Interested means Not Interested?
