Steps to reproduce the bug

This bug occurs every time I open the app to the Home tab on two out of our three accounts. Only the Recommended list of videos displays.

Actual behavior

There are three accounts on our TV's smart tube app, excluding the "None" account. In one of our accounts, when you choose the Home tab in the app, it will display the row of Recommended videos only- no Shorts, no Travel & Tourism, no other genres below the Recommended list. On the second account we have, there are many genre lists of videos and interests in rows below the Recommended row. On the third account, the same issue occurs- no rows beneath the Recommended. I've combed through the settings to see if some box got unchecked, I've tried clearing the cache, force stopping, signing out then in again, and turning the TV off and on again. It's not exactly a life-threatening bug, but it's curious.

Additional information

It's been like this for a few days now. I don't know if I'll ever be the same again. I might have to do something else other than watch TV; this possibility scares me.
