[BUG]: The "Chinese (Simplified)" option is missing from the "Subtitles (autogenerated)" list #4508

Steps to reproduce the bug
In the previous version, "26.47", the "Chinese (Simplified)" option was listed correctly under "Subtitles (autogenerated)" and the translation function worked properly. However, after upgrading to the latest stable release, "27.03 Stable", the "Chinese (Simplified)" option is now missing from the "Subtitles (autogenerated)" list. Only "Chinese (Traditional)" and other languages remain available there.
