Auth fix
New option: Settings/General/Misc/Remember last Subscriptions position (disabled by default)
Added Notification section. This section is actually the same as on web or mobile clients. The section should be enabled in the Settings/General/Setup sections.
Player: long press on the subscribe button to enable notifications for the channel
Numerous bug fixes for the previous release
