Get the Entscheidungsbaumdiagramm Word file (docx) from https://bdew-mako.de and parse it right in the browser. Planning to use puter features but not yet there. The parsing itself seems to work for some/most cases. Tested with “Entscheidungsbaum-Diagramme und Codelisten 4.1 - informatorische Lesefassung - konsolidierte Lesefassung mit Fehlerkorrekturen Stand: 23.06.2025”.
Once you've created a project and installed dependencies with npm install (or pnpm install or yarn), start a development server:
npm run dev
# or start the server and open the app in a new browser tab
npm run dev -- --openWhen working with the big docx file (19 MB) it may make sense to extract relevant parts to supply to LLM.
$ grep -aob E_1020_Prüfen, document.xml | cut -d: -f1
1077304
18526146It typically finds two results as the first one is in the table of conteents, so take the second, and include 1 kB before and 128 kB total (in this case perhaps more than necessary).
tail -c +$((18526146 - 1024)) document.xml | head -c 131072 > document-e_1020.xmlTo create a production version of your app:
npm run buildYou can preview the production build with npm run preview.
To deploy your app, you may need to install an adapter for your target environment.
