Maintenance release: crypto layer pinned to OpenSSL LTS.
Changes
- OpenSSL pinned to the 3.5 LTS line (supported until April 2030). Dependency resolution previously drifted onto the short-lived 3.6 line; it now only picks up 3.5.x patch releases.
- Menu footer version number is now read from the app bundle instead of being hardcoded.
Installation
No prebuilt binary is provided — macOS Network Extensions can't be distributed in a way that runs on arbitrary Macs without per-machine signing. Please build from source with your own Apple Developer account (about 5 minutes with XcodeGen).
