Noise audit (Round 6 reroute criterion) + agent-fungibility Phase 0.5 + bootstrap git preflight.

  • Slice A: keep deny on writing-style + compound-cd guards with inline Suggested rewrite: reroutes; per-guard escape envs AGENT_STYLE_HOOK / AGENT_COMPOUND_CD_HOOK (destructive git/gh stay always-on); composer noise-budget gate for third-party packs; new reroute_hint manifest field on hook entries.
  • Slice B: agent-fungibility principle promoted to shared AGENTS.md § Agent Fungibility.
  • Slice C: bootstrap rejects pre-2.25 git up front with platform-specific install hints; AGENT_CONFIG_SKIP_GIT_PREFLIGHT=1 escape.

First release published via the new publish.yml workflow (PyPI Trusted Publishing OIDC + npm provenance).
