feat: add user configuration, bump to v2.2.0

add config.sh module, which makes configuration more advanced

add user config support, users can now create commands and modules

add the set option to modcfg, to check set (and configurable) variables

rework makecfg to be modular (it can now generate a configuration tree anywhere)

add prefix support to makefile

general improvements, such as fixing the sourcing error when you don't have a config
