  • remove the deprecated actions/add-to-project assignment workflow
  • add concurrency cancellation to manifest lint runs

Validation

  • workflow YAML parse audit
  • git diff --check origin/main...HEAD
  • workspace scan confirms no remaining actions/add-to-project usage
