A tool for sequence-based prediction of transcription factor binding specificity.

To use this tool, there are several steps：

#Step 1 Use "10fold.pl" to process the data you need.

#Step 2 Then type: "Python CNN+DNN.py"

Installation requirements:

We are based on Python 3.7.6 and Perl (v5.30.2).
