  • Wiki: full draft overlay — tools, platforms, clean headers Publish the complete authoring tree over the archived base. - Dual-audience spine (Getting-Started, Compilers, headers, newlib map) - Tool reference from live help and READMEs (zcc, z80asm, appmake, ticks, …) - Changelog-backed platform notes and smoke-tested capabilities - Single-line draft headers only; graphics restored under page tops - All 295 original page basenames retained; 24 new pages added Source of truth for facts remains the z88dk tree and tool binaries.

Add Getting-Started, Compilers, header map, Newlib overview, appmake and related tool pages, math16/math32 notes, and missing newlib platform pages (RC2014, YAZ180, SCZ180, HBIOS, Z180, embedded, zxn). Source of truth for facts: z88dk tree and tool help. Draft archive retains pre-rewrite originals locally.
