Microsoft.ML 仅适用于 x64
ML.NET 和 Tensor 流只能在 .NET CORE 中正常工作，而不是在 .NET Framework中
项目需要引用SciSharp.TensorFlow.Redist
需要安装环境：Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable、tensorflow
