Fixed
- Fail closed on corrupt SQLite job databases before Stepwise opens them in write-capable WAL mode.
- Add clean CLI/JSON errors for corrupt stores and database integrity checks.
- Server startup now refuses corrupt stores before lifespan cleanup can crash or stale wait clients can keep touching the DB.
Validated with targeted persistence/server/runner/CLI suites and against Vita's recovered Stepwise database.
