Feature Request: Add custom annotations to postgres-operator-ui objects #1747

- Where do you run it - cloud or metal? Kubernetes or OpenShift? Azure Kubernetes (AKS)
- Are you running Postgres Operator in production? No

I would like to add custom annotations to both the service and pods of postgres-operator-ui.
