Telegram Bot for Secret Santa game with possibility to set limits for pairs (i.e. each one can choose to whom he shouldn't be Secret Santa)
- add @SecretDedMorozBot to the Telrgram group where you want to host Secret Santa game and send "/start" command
- each player should also send "/start" command in his private diologue with @SecretDedMorozBot for the Bot to add him to its contact list. Bot should be able to send the pair to every player privately
