Fixed BOM file and added digikey BOM file

BOM file has some errors, so I fixed them.
Also added a BOM file that all you have to do is to import it into digikey's website.

Hi Daniel,

The currently I am using Google Doc spreadsheet that is manually exported
to PDF but the csv format you sent is better (easier to manage the source
code and github shows it nicely).

Can you include in it also the other information from the original BOM file
https://github.com/zapta/arm/blob/master/pro-mini/eagle/arm-pro-mini-bom.pdf?raw=true
such as part numbers (c1, c2, etc), description (1k resistor), package
(0402) and comments. This way we can drop the google doc and the pdf file
and just stick to your csv.

We can make two separated BOM files, one with the info and all and the second so it would be easy to buy the components from digikey (which is the csv file I sent)

I'm not sure,
you could add two csv files, one specially for digikey so it's easy to purchase the component kit.

I think keeping only the digikey would also work, what do you think?

I just ran into this (capacitor quantities are wrong) - any chance you could merge this?

I checked, and Digikey will let you ignore columns.
