Initial release of solace-squads-smart-accounts — a Ruby toolkit for the Squads Smart Account program on Solana, built on Solace.

Covers 22 of 37 program instructions: account creation, the full async transaction lifecycle, synchronous execution, settings transactions (async + sync), controlled-account authority actions, and spending limits (SOL / SPL Token / Token-2022), plus a vault-address reverse lookup.
