This is the first fully functional release of the `bridgetree` module,
which provides a space-efficient implementation of a Merkle tree with
the ability to add leaves, mark leaves for later witnessing, construct
an authentication paths for any marked leaf, and mark checkpoints and
rewind the state of the tree to any such checkpoint.
