Change display of 'verbatimElevation' in list

Current Situation

• Currently elevation is written in scientific writing (e.g. 2.0e3)
• Currently the header only says 'verbatimElevation'

Desired Situation

• Do not use scientific writing
• Change header to 'verbatimElevation' (line-break) 'min / max'

at the moment it is like this:
if loc_minimum_elevation_in_meters and and loc_maximum_elevation_in_meters are present, both will be shown like:

3000 / 3050

if they are nil, we show instead loc_verbatim_elevation

should we keep it like this?
