The language-server only works and checks in local projects/files #18

Hi there, first of all thanks for the plugin! 😃
Since I use zed a lot remotely from a macOS machine on Linux machines, I noticed that this plugin does not work in any of my remote projects, only in the local ones.
By not work I mean that the according language-server only functions in local projects and is not even shown on remote ones, and accordingly no checks are made and no errors or anything else is shown while working on those remote projects.
I tried quite some things to make it work, but none were successful.
I tried automatically installing as well as manually installing the plugin as a dev plugin on the remote and adjusting the remote settings directly, but to no avail.
On a side-note, I have no graphical user interface to any of those remote machines, so I can't open zed on there and do it the GUI-way either.
If this can be solved simply without changes to the plugin I would be more than happy to be told how, and maybe it would be a nice addition in the README as well, because I didn't find anything useful when searching the web about it either.
