Optional Git Blame in status bar instead of inline

VSCode by default (without GitLens) shows line by line blame information in the status bar and not inline grayed out. It'd be cool if Zed supported an option to support the same. Hover would show a detail popup similar to how hover on inline blame currently works in zed.
