Yes, I think this part of the UI is counter intuitive. To achieve what you want to do, first delete those two |

You can copy & paste the defaults to your user config and then set the base keymap to None. This will remove the duplicates in the GUI and make editing easier |

I deleted tab switcher:toggle because 2 commands were overlaping. It deleted both, and I'm stuck now, can't undelete. |

I'm trying to set a new keymap for an action, and the amount of gymnastics I have to go through to unbind a uselsess keybind for an action I don't care about is wild. I try to delete it, it creates a "no action" item, that no action item still causes a conflict.


I try to delete that "null" it brings back the one I deleted

I try deleting the one I deleted twice, now there's a dup with a weird error, I don't even understand what's going on here.

I just want to set my keybinds and override the existing ones, I don't care about like 80% of the keybinds zed sets by default.
