We actually seem to fill the circular indicator based on the progress' percentage, but have added the actual number displayed in the tooltip with #60990 — should be available in Preview today, Stable next Wednesday. |

show progress percentage near "downloading zed update",
so that i can know whether it is downloading or stuck
