Zed Collaboration Channel Links behavior

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

Clicking channel links does not behave as expected:

1. https://zed.dev/channel/zed-283/notes or https://zed.dev/channel/zed-283/notes/#zed

• On MacOS: Opens Channel Notes buffer (as expected)
• On Linux: Does nothing.

2. https://zed.dev/channel/zed-283

• On MacOS or Linux: Channel call is joined.
• Collab panel should be revealed on call join. Otherwise you can have a empty workspace with only a couple toolbar icons indicate you are actually on a call with a hot mic.

Environment

Zed: v0.147.2 (Zed)
OS: Linux Wayland ubuntu 22.04
Memory: 62.5 GiB
Architecture: x86_64
GPU: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 (CML GT2) || Intel open-source Mesa driver || Mesa 23.2.1-1ubuntu3.1~22.04.2
