Terminal can be resized beyond window height without visual cue, causing over-scrolling

As you can see, I can keep 'expanding' the terminal panel, and while it's not visibly bigger, the rendering area does expand. This leads to some confusing scenarios where you can't fully scroll to the bottom of the terminal.

Memory: 32 GiB

This problem also happen if you use an external display that bigger than laptop's one and then disconnect the external display and move zed window to laptop screen.
