Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it
Prior to #18513 the scrollbar in the project panel matched the scrollbar in the editor. The PR added horizontal scrollbar but also changed the vertical scrollbar so that it is now thinner and fainter than the one in the editor.
Environment
Zed: v0.157.2 (Zed Preview)
OS: macOS 14.6.1
Memory: 16 GiB
Architecture: aarch64

Editor's scrollbar
The project panel's scroll thumb is about as bright as the editor's scroll track. The project panel's scroll thumb is also about half the with of the editor, with a sizeable gap between it and the panel's edge.
