Diagnostic indicator cut off on some displays

I did check for issues, but there are a lot of matches for diagnostics so I might have missed one.

I was using an external display this morning and hit this weird rendering bug with diagnostic indicators.

It seems that the top pixel or so was cut off.

This is the monitor: Dell UltraSharp U3419W

I have no ui-related settings enabled (density, ui scale, etc):

Zed: v0.159.0 (Zed Nightly d3cb08b)
OS: macOS 14.4.0
Memory: 128 GiB
Architecture: aarch64
