Issue is caused when trying to fix the last buffer from the diagnostic multi-buffer view.

Steps to trigger the problem:

1. Create few issues in the code
2. Open up the diagnostic panel
3. Try fixing the last one
4. The last fix will make the editor flicker and rerender alot.
