What happened to 1.17.6b (new binaries in release)?

I was just now trying to upgrade Zen on my macbook (using Homebrew), and was greeted by a hash verification error. So I had a look at the Zen release, and saw this:

1. release was baked 2 days ago
2. binaries were last uploaded 2 hours ago

Now, I do see today's date in the release title, but no explanation as to why the existing release has been updated.

So, if I may ask: what happened? Can I trust the newly updated binaries?

As someone stated in another issue:

version 1.17.6b has been rebuilt/rereleased. Looks like there were some issues with pinned tabs.
