Update variable $MESA_SHADER_CACHE_DIR to /var/cache/ which is mounted at ~/.var/app/$FLATPAK_ID/cache. Solves issue zen-browser#3813 Signed-off-by: Sarangem <156000180+Sarangem@users.noreply.github.com>
