Code comments doesn't work in airgap

Context

Bug description

When using Zensical in a disconnected environment, code comment stops working.
I asked for this in the Discord channel and one suggestion that came up is that

The code annotations break due to the bundle script crashing when glightbox fetch fails, and the code annotations aren't initialized.
