Build issues with gcc-15 (solved in Debian packaging)

Hi,
as reported in bug #1098197 in Debian BTS zephyr does not build when using gcc-15. This was solved in two patches in Debian packaging Git on Salsa.
While the first patch can probably solved more elegantly by fixing autoconf, the second patch is probably quite straightforward.
