Summary

Add a dedicated QA onboarding checklist for new technical/QA engineers in docs/qa-onboarding-checklist.md.

What It Covers

  • environment/bootstrap sanity checks
  • core baseline checks (engine, CLI, docs)
  • paper API smoke expectations
  • safety-critical regression slice
  • MCP + privacy verification
  • public PR review workflow with severity levels
  • fast invariant audit points
  • escalation rules and reporting fields

Why

The repo has strong safety and contract rules, but new QA contributors benefit from a single repeatable checklist that maps those rules to concrete commands and expected outcomes.

Safety Impact

Documentation-only change. No runtime, API, or execution behavior changes.

AI Assistance

This docs update was materially authored with coding-agent assistance and manually reviewed.

Add a practical onboarding checklist for technical/QA engineers covering baseline checks, safety regression slices, MCP/privacy verification, PR review flow, invariant audit points, and escalation rules.

🚦 How do rate limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces hourly rate limits for each developer per organization.

Our paid plans have higher rate limits than the trial, open-source and free plans. In all cases, we re-allow further reviews after a brief timeout.
