Release 12.0.4 shows as 13.0.0

I've installed this release: https://github.com/zeroKilo/XEXLoaderWV/releases/tag/12.0.4
in ghidra and it warned me about the extension being for version 13.0.0

yeah im not sure how this got in there, will update. in the meantime if you edit this file you can change the version ghidra thinks this is from
