Highlights

• Keyboard-first Settings — move through sections with the arrow keys (or j/k), Home/End jump to the ends, and / focuses search. The focus ring appears only when you navigate by keyboard.
• Modernized toolchain — Rust 1.96, Tauri 2.11.3, Vite 8 (Rolldown bundler), TypeScript 6, Biome 2.5.1, plus reqwest 0.13 and notify 8. No user-facing behavior changes from the dependency work.
