Fix the sidebar layout regression introduced in v0.2.40.

  • Restore full-width conversation rows and selection/hover backgrounds.
  • Restore title and branch truncation inside the sidebar.
  • Remove the conversation-row cache responsible for the regression.

The streaming crash fix, sync recovery fixes and reduced Metal drawable pool remain in place. Some of the previous sidebar CPU savings are intentionally rolled back to restore correct behavior.
