Zeron v0.2.45

Fixes transcript selection during active turns, preserves the runway when expanding user messages, and improves macOS redraw recovery.

• Select live transcript text while a reply is streaming, then return to automatic tail scrolling.
• Show more and Show less preserve the reserved space below an active turn; reply growth still consumes it normally.
• macOS redraw requests recover after failed frame-source starts, and frame sources reconnect after system/display wake and session activation. Idle display-link parking remains enabled.
• Synced context-usage rings now reflect usage across harnesses.

Validation: 620 UI tests passed, along with the macOS compile check and native frame-source recovery test. The original reported sleep/wake incident was not reproduced on hardware.

Changes: #264, #265. This source release also includes the iOS transcript and glass-interaction changes from #266; iOS distribution is handled separately through TestFlight.
