dropbox client with encryption-vewry basic
all files are in properties folder
backup.py polls for changes in the folder "upload" when change detected encrypts using passkey in setting file upload file to dropbox
encrypt has encrypt,decrypt functions
cli_client has the login, and various other api functions in it
