v0.39.37 - First public release

First public release of ParalivesAccess, adding screen-reader output and keyboard access to Paralives on Windows.

Download ParalivesAccess-v0.39.37.zip below. Close the game, then extract the ZIP directly into the folder containing Paralives.exe, merging folders and replacing included files. Start your screen reader and launch the game through Steam. BepInEx, Unity Doorstop and Prism are included.

The included README covers installation, keyboard controls and first-run guidance. This release includes menu navigation, Paramaker and storyteller controls, town and current-lot exploration, lot information, and Para group selection. Build-mode accessibility is still limited; the README explains the current scope.

Developed against Paralives Early Access 0.1.8b.20663. The standalone source build passed with zero warnings/errors, and all 348 automated checks passed. Native behavior and speech coverage continue to rely on in-game feedback.

The release contains the revised README and dependency license notices, with no tester instructions. Source code is available in this repository.
