Add 5 slash commands extracted from development conversations: - /build-test: build and run on QEMU or flash to real hardware - /new-module: scaffold service, driver, or tool modules - /diagnose: analyze build, runtime, CI, and network error logs - /sync-docs: synchronize EN/ZH documentation after code changes - /platform-port: guide porting to new hardware platforms Update .gitignore to track .claude/skills/ while keeping other .claude/ contents ignored.
