Fetch from both /tags and /releases APIs. Tags with a corresponding GitHub Release are selectable; tags without firmware are shown as disabled with "(no firmware)" suffix so users know a release is needed. Signed-off-by: Chao Liu <chao.liu.zevorn@gmail.com>
