v0.9.9

[zfoxer]

Now supporting scrobbling from dynamic sources like radio streams, etc. New options enable the support at Preferences → Advanced → Tools → Foo Scrobbler, where you can choose to only update NowPlaying notifications for dynamic sources, both scrobbling and NP, or None. Keep in mind that if the option to "Only scrobble from media library" is checked, dynamic sources are not scrobbled or NP-notified (have no effect).
