ADHD & 47 Tabs v3.0.1

A repository-integrity and consistency patch release. The skill's behavioral core is unchanged; the package metadata, examples, and local tooling are corrected.

Fixed

• Pre-push package guard. The hook's drift check targeted the retired v1 ZIP name and therefore never compared anything. It now diffs dist/adhd-and-47-tabs.zip and dist/SHA256SUMS, and the validator's stale-name scan covers the hook, the hook installer, and docs/INSTALL.md.
• Installation guide. docs/INSTALL.md still described the retired i-have-adhd-and-47-tabs slug and repository; it now matches the canonical package and the README.
• Examples 2 and 16 ended with a redundant Next: line — the exact forced-next-step failure the skill exists to prevent. Both are removed.
• Scorer robustness. Next steps: and heading-form ## Next: lines are now detected, CRLF responses count paragraphs correctly, fenced code blocks are excluded from heading and list counts, a generic closer followed by a trailing note is caught, and ordered-substring checks no longer satisfy one item inside another. New regression tests cover each case.
• Checksum verification in README and PUBLISH now runs from dist/, so sha256sum -c resolves the bare filename.
• Control contracts aligned. one thing (essential safety warning included) and map it (first active item included) now read identically across SKILL.md, the quick reference, and the Custom GPT instructions.

Changed

• Frontmatter description now names the skill's actual triggers — ADHD, executive function, focus difficulty, feeling overwhelmed, stuck starts, interruptions — and summarizes what the skill does, so hosts route to it reliably.
• Removed three legacy Markdown issue templates that bypassed the structured forms; updated stale 1.1.0 version strings in the bug-report template and directory-submission notes.
• The multi-turn evaluation floor matches the documented nine cases; release-note and citation checks derive messages from the current version.
• Added .gitattributes (* -text) to keep checked-out bytes identical on every platform for deterministic packaging.
